Veteran actor Tim Matheson is tackling a dual role of sorts on USA Network’s ‘White Collar,’ Fancast has learned exclusively.

For the series’ Season 2 opener, Matheson will not only call the shots as director, he’ll also guest-star as the episode’s big baddie, a hedge fund manager who likes to dip into other folks‘ funds – as a part-time bank robber.

Oh, Otter – is this what it’s come to?

Matheson is a familiar face when it comes to USA Network fare. Previously the ‘Animal House’ alumnus has guested on ‘Burn Notice‘ and the TV-movie/passed-on pilot ‘To Love & Die‘ (where he played pop to Shiri Appleby, now of ‘Life Unexpected’).

As a director, he has helmed episodes of ‘Psych,’ ‘Burn Notice’ and the upcoming spy drama ‘Covert Affairs.’

‘White Collar’ kicks off its second season in July.

Attenzione, sembra che il cuore di Neal Caffrey stia per essere rubato.

L’alieva di ‘One Tree Hill’, Hilarie Burton, ha “prenotato” un multiepisodio nella serie ‘White Collar,’ e sembra che sarà niente di meno che l’interesse romantico di Matthew Bomer.

In particolare, la Burton è stata scritturata per un arco di sei episodi dove intepreterà Sara Ellis, un investigatore/cacciatore di taglie di colletti bianchi che ha un po’ di conti in sospeso con Neal. Tutto sta nel vedere se scatterà la scintilla, una volta che li vedrò entrambi sullo schermo. Perché già una buona base di UST ci vuole. Poi be', vedendo come hanno scritto El ed anche Alex mi fanno ben sperare che non cadrebbero nella Mary Sue.
Spero che questa Sara ce l'abbia leggermente anche con Peter, magari, per essere riuscita in ciò che lei ha fallito...

No infatti, anche Tiffany Thiessen in Beverly Hills la odiavo e invece in questo ruolo l'adoro, quindi starà tutto al personaggio... Certo che mi sembrerà di vedere Peyton in White Collar... e sarà strano XD

Rescue Me and Numb3rs vet Diane Farr has signed on to guest-star in a season 2 episode of USA Network’s White Collar, sources confirm to me exclusively.

Farr — who memorably played against type as the chemically dependent mother of The Fairview Strangler, “Eddie,” on Desperate Housewives last season — will portray Gina De Stefano, a waitress Mozzie (Willie Garson) has a crush on. She drops a hint early in the episode that she’s in trouble and needs his help.

White Collar‘s second season premieres July 13.

John Larroquette Dons Black Hat For ‘White Collar’

Five-time Emmy winner John Larroquette will guest-star on USA Network’s ‘White Collar’ this season, portraying a ruthless gambling addict.

In the seventh episode of the summer series’ second season, the alum of ‘Night Court‘ and ‘Boston Legal‘ this time won’t be practicing the law but breaking it, as an adoption lawyer who feeds his gambling habit by using his client’s acquired kiddies as leverage.

Larroquette last hit the smaller screen with a guest-starring turn on NBC’s ‘Parks and Recreation,’ where he played an old flame of Leslie’s mom.

If the bits of your blown mind are still strewn about after White Collar‘s awesome season 3 finale, join the club. And prepare for even more excitement, courtesy of Mekhi Phifer and Hungalum Gregg Henry. EW has learned exclusively that the pair will guest in the first two episodes of season 4.

Phifer, who most recently was a regular onTorchwood, will play FBI agent Kyle Collins, the Bureau’s top international fugitive-hunting specialist, who is tasked with catching Neal (Matt Bomer) — at any cost. Henry, meanwhile, will pop up on the show as Henry Dobbs, a wealthy local with a secret past that “could change Neal and Mozzie’s world forever,” according to casting intel. Henry has appeared on Gilmore Girls, Glee, and recently NCIS: LA‘s Kensi-centric two-parter.

White Collar returns for season 4 this summer with 10 new episodes.

It’s good to be the fugitive — or at least it sure appears that way, based on the company one Neal Caffrey will be keeping when White Collar launches Season 4 this summer.

TVLine has learned exclusively that Argentinian beauty Mía Maestro, whose past TV credits include Alias (as Nadia Santos) and NBC’s Crusoe series, has landed the role of Maya, a local café owner with whom Neal will be romantically involved when next we catch up with the on-the-lam con.

As seen in the USA Network hit’s Season 3 finale, Neal — lest he be forced to do grumpy G-man Kramer’s bidding, or worse — got the nod from Peter to disappear, and that he did — to a remote island getaway (to be played by Puerto Rico in a location shoot kicking off Monday).

As previously reported, joining Maestro for the new season’s first couple of episodes are Mekhi Phifer (as the FBI’s foremost tracker of fugitives) and Gregg Henry (as an island local who has the means to help Neal and Mozz lay low).

House actor Michael Weston has been tapped for a guest starring role in the upcoming episode "Diminishing Returns" in the USA Network drama's fourth season, The Hollywood Reporter has learned exclusively.

Weston will play David Cook, an overconfident and elusive criminal mastermind who Peter has been trying to put away since the beginning of his FBI career.

Additionally, Blue Bloods actress Laurie Williams has been set to appear as Rina Oaks, a business-savvy gem trader and Cook's go-to fence for his stolen jewelry.

As was announced Tuesday morning, White Collar is slated to return Tuesday, July 10 at 10 p.m. Photos of V's Laura Vandervoort on the New York City set with star Matt Bomer also surfaced recently.

The Paradigm-repped Weston last appeared in Sundance title Liberal Arts and Law & Order: SVU, CSI: NY and NCIS: Los Angeles on the TV side.

Williams, repped by Henderson Hogan Agency, has appeared in Fringe, Law & Order and the Children of Invention feature.

Il dottor Brown investiga su White Collar!

Treat Williams (Everwood, Heartland) è pronto per unirsi come guest-star ricorrente nella quarta stagione della serie USA, come Sam, un rude e inafferrabile poliziotto sottocopertura da Washington che ha alcuni "nodi profondamente intrecciati nel passato di Neal". Lo avevo già visto, ma non mi erano rimasti impressi molti dettagli.

In quel film aveva una parte proprio Williams e... il suo personggio si chiamava Burke.
